Here's the second post-jam update! This is a big one.

This update mostly focuses on improving the readability and ergonomics of the various ship systems readouts, both on the bridge and in engineering. Your ship is a complex system!

Additionally, pirate combat has been rebalanced to promote shorter dogfights and more effective point defenses.

Finally, the behavior of reactor meltdowns / power surges has been changed -- a little more punishing, but more readable.

    • Power draw and total pool are now labeled as such

    • Increased detail of turret target readouts
      • Now supports 'out of range' and 'no line of sight'
  • Rebalanced point defenses
    • Improved quality of target deflection solver
    • Improved target selection algorithm
    • Buffed targeting computer at low power levels
    • Increased max hostile ship count
    • Increased turret range
    • Increased pirate chance
    • Increased laser damage to shields
    • Clear downed hostile ships from sensors after one minute
  • Rebalanced reactor meltdowns / power surges
    • Reactor now loses all power after a surge instead of slowly discharging (fuses are still blown)
    • An underpowered reactor reports failure to the bridge
    • Boosting has no effect on an underpowered reactor
  • Added 'charge low' error signal to warp drive
  • Fixed lighting in turret pit
  • Fixed space debris phasing through ship
  • Minor cosmetic changes
